An exciting opportunity exists for a world class People Experience Manager to join our newly created luxury travel brand “Explora Journeys” to drive the onboard People functions and be a champion of our Culture.
Lead the onboard People function, focusing on Talent Learning & Development, Talent Management, Crew Movements, Welfare & Wellbeing, Berthing and Ethics/MLC compliance; Deliver on the brand standards and procedures;
Hands on leader who will inspire, guide and mentor the onboard team.

A minimum of 4-years’ experience as a People/HR Manager/Director with diverse luxury Hospitality and/ or luxury Cruise lines; Previous experience in Start Ups/Pre-openings is an advantage; Proficient in English. Any additional languages, particularly European languages is considered an advantage
